Honey Garlic Salmon
Nine minutes in the air fryer and the glaze does the rest. The glaze goes on at the end, not the start, because honey burns long before salmon is cooked.

Method
Pat the salmon completely dry and season both sides. Dry skin is the whole trick to crisp skin.
Air fry at 200C for 7 minutes, skin side down.
Stir the honey, garlic, soy and vinegar together while it cooks.
Brush the glaze over the fillets and air fry 2 minutes more, until it is bubbling and just catching at the edges.
Rest 2 minutes, then scatter over the sesame seeds and spring onion.
Serve. The centre should read 50 to 52C for medium.
